Commercial Mailboxes

we rent a house for a year. The owner also rents a separate studio at the bottom of the ground (we share the same portal. We have our own Commercial Mailboxes but the studio does not. A new tenant has just moved from the studio and the owner added his name our box to our knowledge without our agreement and gave a duplicate key to the new tenant. We do not agree the owner will not listen, he tells us he spent in a month to put a new Cluster Mailboxes, not before.

We feel we achieved in respect of our privacy. future neighbor of my parents was full of the height of his CBU Mailboxes, and the promoter said that the installation of mailboxes is compliant, yet the height of all boxes is 195 cm and has the recess boite a letter from my parents is located at the top (like his future neighbor) and my mother, as I had never taken n'arrivont mail if it is at the bottom of Apartment Mailboxes. Should any refuse delivery of the mailbox and do mean by AR to the promoter? They have one month to report any problem.
