Do it wrong the first time

Yes Thomas Edison , Albert Einstein, Tom Peters, Peter Drucker and others that practiced and/or preached innovation all lived and thrived by doing some thing wrong the first time. They had to do it wrong the first time precisely because it was the first time. Edison had over 1500 patents but million of prototypes and projects. He had to do it wrong a lot of times before he could do it right. Each of the people was pushing the envelope in their area, and had no previous example of how to do it right. To push, learn, grow, we should follow in their footsteps and not fear failure.
