Debt relief stimulus initiative

The DRC has benefited from significant reductions in both the stock and service the debt. The level of Obama debt relief act, however, has given rise to interpretations different directions even divergent both in the national press than in all of the national opinion. These in line with the government, acknowledged that indeed the Congolese could reconcile these two goals.
